10.24 pm – A very interesting day with the expected happening. HHJ Cahill has set a timetable for a hearing but it’s a couple of months away so, I have to take a different course – which I will to fast track all.

08.58 pm – Have to go back to court next week. Today has been a bit upsetting talking to people who expected me home already but then I am caught in the web of a rogue state who openly break International Law. Still, I won’t surrender.

09.27 pm – One of those shite days. You get those now and then. The problem is that I do not know why I’m actually, here and there seems no sense of urgency in rectifying the situation.

10.06 pm – Finally, the Westminster Magistrates Court has confirmed that the Warrant of Commitment, that I have been exposing since 2018 expired on 7 February 2020, and as a consequence, I have been unlawfully detained since March 2020. This country has now become a rogue state that has no respect for the rule of law preferring to treat people in a disgraceful manner and as dictators and tyrants.

This afternoon the very example as to how the ‘Rule of Law’ has died in this country and with it dies the hope of better things to come. There is no rehabilitation – no redemption – no companion – but just the absence of the protection of Habeas Corpus. If I were the only victim it would be excusable but I am one of millions and time may well have arrived for the dawn of a new era and active resistance to the State begins.

07.52 pm – Yet another day in the saga of GDS. It seems that on 7 March 2018 someone decided to re-calculate my sentence in Court and to cut a long stay short – I am unlawfully detained but still her!!! Rogue State!!!

08.19 pm – Another useless day. It seems I need to wait for the Administrator at the Court to issue me the certificate that I am unlawfully detained. No sense of urgency but Donal, Caroline, Mike and David all doing their utmost in what is this Rogue state.

09.28 pm – Yet another futile day, unlawfully, held here. Everyone is really, doing their best but we are facing the might and manipulation of the State. That is not such an easy thing to defeat I say ‘thing’ because the State is a ‘thing’. I note today that the Scottish Lord Advocate, Lord Keen has resigned other than stay with a rogue State. I say, well done Lord Keen. Integrity is more important than political power.

06.27 pm – Ruth Ginsburg of the US Supreme Court has passed away. She was a great legal mind and a very fair judge. I never got the chance to meet her but I hope she rests in peace.

Today I reached my boiling point. I have called no one! Why? What is the point? There is no rule of law. There is no law. This country and this government are Rogue. It has all the marks and indications of acute and right-wing policies, against its own citizens. I am but a microcosm in a hot pot Macrocosm. I do not know now what the future for this country holds. I only know I have to save myself in whatever means possible.

09.10 pm – There is nothing nicer than when the day is all but gloom, other than to watch or read Sir Walter Scott’s ‘Ivanhoe’. I remember Sir Roger Moore telling me about how he became well known for his role in Ivanhoe before he made The Saint. We all need a little of the spirit of Ivanhoe in us.
