Ministry Of Justice and The Home Office Are Defying Parliament by Failing to Remove Foreign National Prisoners

A source at the Home Office has revealed that the Ministry of Justice are unduly delaying the removal of Foreign National Prisoners on a timely basis. The UK Borders Act 2007 makes it mandatory to remove any Foreign National prisoner with a sentence of one year or above.
